Hi, I'm Wendy!

I am a native Tennessean and now a proud resident of the beautiful state of Washington!

As a military wife to an active duty Army soldier, the military brought me and my family to the PNW in 2018 after twelve years stationed at Ft. Campbell, KY. Before becoming licensed to sell real estate, I was a CrossFit L-1 coach, CrossFit Kids coach and affiliate owner, and a USA weightlifing coach and masters athlete; previously owning CrossFit Battlefront and Battlefront Barbell Club. During my time in the Ft. Campbell, KY/Clarksville, TN area, I was an active member of the community and graduated from Austin Peay State University, where I received a Presidental Research Scolarship to conduct research in organometallic and computational chemistry, and earned a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Chemistry.

In my free time, my number one priority is spending time with my husband, Eric, and our three amazing children! We love the outdoors and our American Bullies, which we breed. Additionally, I still weightlift (and may compete in the snatch, clean, and jerk again one day!), I love to read (The Wager: A Tale of Shipwreck, Mutiny and Murder, by David Grann is my favorite book of 2024), and I crochet blankets for family and friends (Bernat yarns are my favorite).
