We truly believe that the best business comes from building long-lasting relationships based upon mutual trust and respect, and fostering those things by doing what we say and saying what we do with competence and care. It's how our Founder and Designated Broker, Matthew Plummer, rose to the top 1% of Thurston County brokers over his career, and we love sharing what we know and supporting others in the same quest.

If you are looking for your next party group, then MVP isn't for you. Sure, we have fun and love to celebrate, but we're first about business and creating results worth celebrating.

You can keep your focus on serving your buyer clients and, because of our successful track record of selling homes in less time for the highest net prices, everyone profits more, including our clients!
