Here's an example to show how MVP made this transition easier on the whole family when Dad could no longer live alone in his home. 

A very good past client reached out to MVP after her dad was in the hospital. It became apparent that he could no longer stay in his home. Arrangements were made for his move into an adult living facility. With the assitance of MVP, the family had time to go through all the personal belongings, carefully choosing what dad would use in his new place, and mementos to be gifted to the rest of the family. When they were finished, they handed the keys over to MVP and let us do what we do best!

BEFORE:

Items that needed to be addressed: Empty home of all contents, new flooring, detailed cleaning of the home, had the failing patio awning removed, siding repaired, exterior painted, landscape cleaned up, roof / gutters cleaned. Once all the final repairs were completed, we added accent staging, provided pricing advice and hired a professional photographer. And the best part for the family? Besides the fact that they didn't have to lift a finger, call contractors, meet them on site, they also didn’t have to come up with ANY out of pocket expenses upfront! MVP handled all the details and was reimbursed at closing, paid with the proceeds from the sale of the home.
