ABOUT TESSA

Tessa grew up in the Pacific North West, but her love of travel has taken her all over the US. Much of her career before Real Estate has been in the production and custom home building industry in Scottsdale, Arizona but she has been back to her home town for many years now to purse her passion in Investment Real Estate.  Tessa loves meeting new people and considers herself a “Real Estate Geek,” spending her free time digging for new and creative ways to find and sell homes tailored around client specifications. Her hobbies include boating, hiking, kayaking and cooking.

EXPERIENCE

Tessa has many home builders and contractors in the family, which, in turn led her to pursue a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from the ITT Tech Institute in Arizona. After spending over a decade in the New Home Building Industry, Tessa gravitated to the investment side of Real Estate Acquisition and has amassed vast experience. For Tessa, “creating a relationship and guiding clients to make the right decision for them is an exciting process. It’s the most rewarding experience to accomplish goals and see the happy smiles on my clients’ faces.”
