Responsiveness to owner and tenant are critical when managing property. There is a high level of liability involved and we take that very seriously. The biggest complaint we have heard from clients who have used other property management companies is the lack of communication. As liaison between tenant and owner, it is imperative that everyone is on the same page. Too often requests are made and never followed through on. We have a very tight system of record keeping and follow up to make sure each task is handled promptly, cost effectively and to make sure home owners are kept in the loop of their real estate holdings.

Our Initial “Rent Up” fee for placing an approved tenant is $750.00 (deducted from the tenant’s first month of rent).
Our ongoing management rate is 10% of the monthly rent collected.
