ABOUT KANDICE

Kandice and her husband have lived in Olympia for 18 years.  They have enjoyed remodeling their home, improving their property, traveling and most of all spending time with their Grandsons. There is never a dull moment with Kandice, and when the pressure is on and you need someone to depend on, you can count on her to be present and ready to problem solve with a smile. 

EXPERIENCE

Kandice has been working with clients to buy and sell homes and property in Thurston County since 2003. In 2008, she began managing properties to help clients who own single family investment residences to find tenants and maintain the property for positive cash flow. Kandice stands out among Brokers for her keen attention to detail, her personable service to every individual Client, and her cunning wit.
