Not everyone who changes work changes home of course. But
the typical age of those looking to move to a new job is 39. That’s close to the average age of millennials - the largest cohort of buyers in history.
What does that mean for you, as a potential seller? There are a lot of people looking for homes in Washington State, particularly in Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater. Best yet, with inventory still historically low, homes have maintained their value during these turbulent economic times.
Rates are projected to drop over the coming months which will increase the available pool of potential buyers.
